Take Some Very Special Time For YOU Today ...

Take some time today to relax and connect with your inner self in peace and quiet ...

Light a simple white candle and gaze into the flame for a few minutes - if this is all you do each day, it will have amazing, wonderful and beneficial effects.

Take it a step further … Set aside some special time today to relax and calm yourself. Find a clear shallow bowl, fill it halfway with water, and then place a simple white floating candle on top of the water.

Light the candle and stare into the flame. Focus on and connect with the candle’s flame, and let your mind go blank and blend with your being-ness in the now, your one-ness with the Universe, as in a trance-like state ...

Imagine and feel any tension and stress you may have built up emptying and pouring into the water and experience your body relax as the tension leaves and oozes out of your body.

Imagine the bowl is a deep bottomless pond and is absorbing and consuming whatever it is in your life that is causing unease, stress, discomfort or dis-ease. Take deep and cleansing breaths … Breathing out and expelling more each time than you breathe in …

You can also add a few drops of your favorite essential oils, or sprinkle your favorite dried herbs (lavender, rose petal, basil, or whatever you most enjoy) onto the water.

Then, as you continue to gaze into the candle flame, or close your eyes if you wish, repeat the following calming positive affirmation, with feeling, belief and intention -

I am calm ... I am whole and well ...
I connect with my Higher Self, with Source Energy. I am one with the Universe …
I am at peace with my surroundings ...
Everything is working out for my highest good. I can't wait to see what good will come from this situation ...
By the powers of the Universe, earth, air, fire, and water, I am free ... And ALL is well in my world ...

Remain calmly relaxing and focusing before the bowl and candle for a little while longer. Let the candle burn out. Then pour the water into an area of your garden, or somewhere earth connecting, and feel your tension and anxiety going away with it. Imagine and tell yourself that the earth has taken your tension away.

Then give heartfelt Thanks and much Gratitude for the experience, and all the wonderful things you already have to be grateful for in your life.

Try this often, and you'll be amazed at the difference it will make in your life.

Enjoy! and Relax Your Way to Success ...

Getting into the 'Gratitude' Mindset is a Great Way to Relax!

Feeling good and appreciating and expressing gratitude for all the wonderful things you have in your life is a great way to relax ...

Here is one technique for you to try from my e-book - '7 Easy Ways to Quick Relaxation - The 'Feeling Good' Self Help Guide to Ultimate Relaxation' -

Take a Gratitude Walk, or better still, turn your daily walk into a Gratitude Walk – by using the time for thinking and developing the gratitude and appreciation mindset.

As your eyes focus on the immediate things that come within your close range, as you walk along, you can truly appreciate what ‘being in the moment’ is truly like.

This is a wonderful time to look at and take in all the wonders of nature around you – the gardens, plants and flowers, colors, scents, birds, blue sky, fresh breeze, or mesmerizing stillness of a perfect summer day ... This is also a fabulous way to appreciate the true boundless, natural abundance of nature.

As you continue walking along, focus your mind on and appreciate all the positives you encounter around you ... from the beauty and variety in your neighbors’ gardens, each one their own little contained world yet part of a bigger whole, the changes from day to day, from season to season, an exchanged smile with a stranger walking their dog, the way communal garden and park areas are pleasingly and amazingly maintained ... to the way walking makes you feel invigorated and alive …

Give special thanks to the marvel of how magnificent your body is for working the way that it does. As you keep your positive Gratitude thoughts flowing through your walk you’ll feel fabulous and refreshed, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

As you near the end of your walk and you’re approaching your home, give thanks to your wonderful replenishing Home Haven, and all the special people in your life that live or visit there.

Try this often, and you'll be amazed at the difference it will make in your life.

Enjoy! and Relax Your Way to Success ...
